Our friends at Plein Air Painters of Maine (PAPME) invite artists to create outdoors this summer! These FREE events, subject to weather conditions, offer a fantastic opportunity to paint out in the open air in some beautiful locales.

May 21: Capture the coastal scenery of Southport Island, Cozy Harbor, and Hendricks Head Beach.
May 28: Paint amidst the natural beauty of Boothbay's Knickerkane Island and Porter Preserve, a Boothbay Region Land Trust property.
June 4: Visit Smiling Hill Farm, a historic 500-acre New England farm dating back to 1720.
June 11: Explore Harpswell Center's architectural gems, historic sites, and nature trails, including the Horticultural Club gardens.
June 12-15: Enjoy free artists' days at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (sign up through mainegardens.org).
June 16: Discover unique subjects at Elmer's Barn Antiques in Coopers Mills, ME.
June 24: Paint the picturesque Ice Follies Farm, featuring a beautiful old barn and horses.
June 25: Capture the iconic Pemaquid Lighthouse in Bristol, ME.
